When 3rd-year starting QB Grant Denbow (5059 yds & 42 TDs), an AU recruit, injured his thumb in the 3rd game, the Ashland “Quarterback Factory” produced another record setting QB. Keagan Armitage passed for 2198 yds & 24 touchdown and led the Arrows to a 2nd straight OCC crown and a 3rd straight playoff berth.
John Wolfe, 1st Team All-Ohio, caught 65 passes and broke the career record with 127 receptions. Center John Valentine was, also, recognized on the Div 3 All-Ohio team.
Special awards at the banquet went to: MVP & top receiver: John Wolfe, offensive backs: Keagan Armitage & Owen Reef, and offensive lineman: Tyler Newlan. Defensive awards went to: top linemen: Tyler Lovell & Devin Bowen, linebacker: Hunter Krebs, and deepback: John Wolfe. The George Valentine Sportsmanship award went to Tyler Lovell.
