It will be remembered as the year four Louisiana Katrina victims emigrated to Ashland football via Coach Deppen. Also, memorable was their part in snapping Wooster's 15-game OCC unbeaten string. Brandon Fast was the team's MVP. The "best" awards went to: linemen Luke Rogers (defense), Kyle Stout (offense), and backs Shadron Starnes and Trent Thomas (defense) and on offense Mike Weaver, who led the team with 8 TDs. Kicker Andrew Spicer provided the margin of victory with field goals in three wins.
