A winning record, the best start in
AHS history (97 pts in the first two games), and the shocking
upset of Orrville, Justin Zwick's Division IV (13-1) State champions,
made it a year of achievements. Doug Myers broke the career passing
records with 3987 yards and 25 touchdowns. The MVP was Matt Wood,
who rushed for 514 yards and 11 TDs. Greg Lattanzi with 111 tackles
was the Defensive Player of the year. Zach Bauer was the top lineman.
Greg Humrichouser and Ryan Wires were the Most Improved. Matt
Van Dine broke the kicking record with 51 points on 24 extra points
and 9 field goals. |
