It was the year of the injured quarterbacks
with five different starting QBs. Dan Jentes's 3 TDs won the longest
AHS game four overtimes against Medina. A 4-6 season changed to
500 with the Mansfield forfeit. The leading tackler (107) Andy
Harpster was the MVP and first team on the OHC, T-G, and NCO picks.
Andy Briggs was the MVP of the offense with 27 receptions for
477 yards and 8 TDs. Coach Q initiated the Academic awards. Eric
Wood, Chris DeLong, and Doug Anderson won in each class. |
